MEET LEO

Hi! I'm Leo Finelli. I'm a podcast host, political advocate, and published author. I'm also on the autism spectrum. Creativity and change are at the center of everything I do.

I've always been passionate about the power of young people. I'm the host and producer of Generation Change with Leo Finelli, a podcast where I interview Gen Z advocates, organizers, artists, and changemakers of all kinds, and I've worked and volunteered as part of numerous political campaigns in multiple states. 

I'm also a published children’s book author. My first book, Seven Slices of Life, was released in 2024. I followed that up with The Nutcracker's World in 2025, and my third book, Ryann Lazuli Goes Offline, will be released in the fall of 2026. I strive to use my stories to explore the most pressing social issues of our time in ways that resonate with audiences of all ages. 

When I'm not hosting my podcast, working on a political campaign, or writing a story, I love to play the piano, go for walks outside, and write in my journal every night. More than anything else, I love to make memories offline, in real life, with my friends. I'm excited to meet new friends and find new creative collaborators as I continue my journey!
